Hagen Hanke has held various roles in the engineering and supply chain fields since 2016. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Volkswagen Original Teile Logistik GmbH & Co. KG as a Dualer Student. Hagen then joined Michael Page in 2019, where they held the roles of Associate, Senior Consultant, and Consultant in the Engineering & Supply Chain department. In 2022, they began working at Micropsi Industries as a Sales Engineer. At Micropsi, they work on developing software for robots, specifically their product MIRAI which enables industrial robots to handle variance in production.

Hagen Hanke completed a Bachelor of Arts in Warenwirtschaft & Logistik from the Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg (DHBW) Mosbach between 2016 and 2019.
