Nathan Courtney has worked as an Independent Sales Representative for MicroPort Orthopedics, Inc. since August 2016. Prior to that, they served as the Athletic Director for Aquin Schools at Highland Community College from July 2012 to August 2014.

Nathan Courtney attended the University of Northern Iowa from 2003 to 2008, where they earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching. Nathan also obtained a Master's degree in Physcial Edcuation Leadership during the same period.
