Jason E. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jason started their career at Encyclopaedia Britannica, Inc. as a Branch Manager and later worked as an Operations Manager and Operations Director.

Jason then transitioned to Johnson & Johnson, where they held the positions of Product Manager and Product Director, Global Stent Management.

Next, they joined Solta Medical as a Regional Distributor Manager for Asia, responsible for distributor management and sales in Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Australia, and New Zealand.

After that, they worked at Arthrex as a Representative Director & General Manager in Japan, successfully taking the market direct and achieving a profit in the first year.

Following Arthrex, they joined Smiths Medical as a Representative Director & General Manager in Japan, where they drove new sector growth and sustained success.

Jason then moved to O&M Halyard APAC, where they held the positions of Director and General Manager of O&M Halyard Japan G.K., responsible for the surgical and infection prevention business.

Currently, they are working at MicroPort Orthopedics as the Representative Director & General Manager in Japan, focusing on achieving sustainable sales growth and building lasting customer relationships through medical education and clinical research.

From 2004 to 2005, Jason E. pursued their MBA in Human Resource Management at the Edinburgh Business School, a part of Heriot-Watt University.
