Mathias Bergström has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Mathias began their career as a System Technician at the Swedish Armed Forces from June 2009 to August 2012. Following this, they worked as an Administrative Project Manager/Salesperson at Svenska Solpanel montage AB from June 2015 to July 2016. Mathias then joined Kjell & Company as a Salesperson from September 2017 to September 2018. From September 2018 to August 2022, they served as a Key Account Manager at MilDef. Currently, Mathias is working as a Regional Sales Manager at Micropol Fiberoptic AB from August 2022.

Mathias Bergström completed their higher education at Blekinge Institute of Technology from 2016 to 2018, obtaining a Höögskolexamen degree in Produktutveckling (Product Development). In addition to their formal education, they have also completed several certifications in systems engineering and related subjects. These certifications include "Architecture and Systems Engineering: Models and Methods to Manage Complex Systems," "Quantitative Methods in Systems Engineering," "Model-Based Systems Engineering: Documentation and Analysis," "Models in Engineering," and "Architecture of Complex Systems." These certifications were obtained from MIT xPRO, with the most recent certification being completed in March 2022.
