Mark Jones is an experienced IT professional and entrepreneur, currently serving as the owner of MicroNet Systems Integrations since May 1999, delivering computer and network sales and services to residential and small business clients. In addition, Mark operates Joe's Computer Services, a trusted source for computer repairs since December 2018. Previous roles include Systems Technical Coordinator at Royal Sun Alliance Insurance Co., Network Administrator at AIG, and Network Systems Coordinator at New Hampshire Insurance Group, among others. Mark began a career in tech support at Cigna Insurance Company and served in the United States Air Force, where foundational training in jet engine repair was acquired. Mark holds a BS/BA in Finance from Bryant University and graduated from Mansfield High School.
