Andy Kettle has a strong background in operations and manufacturing management. Andy began their career at Magna Interior Systems in 1995 as a Manufacturing Manager, where they worked until 2000. Andy then joined Cannon Avent as a Manufacturing Manager for six years. In 2006, they transitioned to Toyoda Gosei UK as a Senior Operations Manager, a role they held until 2015. Most recently, they have been working as an Operations Director at Micronclean Skegness since 2015.

Andy Kettle attended the University of East Anglia from 2004 onwards, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
