Yarema Hryciw has over 30 years of experience in the field of engineering and design automation, currently serving as the Director of EDA Strategy at Micron Technology since May 1994. In this role, Yarema successfully built a team of 80 CAD and Layout Engineers across seven global sites, focusing on developing specialized EDA tools and methodologies for Non-Volatile Memory solutions. Prior to Micron, Yarema held the position of Corporate Applications Engineer at Cadence Design Systems, where recognition for outstanding technical and customer service was achieved. Earlier roles included CAD Supervisor and Product Assurance Engineer at Xicor, contributing to significant productivity improvements and hardware solutions. Yarema's career began as a Programmer at Innovative Programming Associates, and the educational background includes a BSEE from Drexel University and further studies at Stanford University.
