Thitirath Nokbin is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as a Principal Engineer at Micron Technology since February 2019. Previously held the position of Technologist and Analytical and Characterization Engineer at SanDisk from May 2017 to February 2019, focusing on electrical failure analysis and the development of flexible test programs. Prior experience includes serving as Product Test Engineer Manager at Kilopass, where responsibilities encompassed test program development and support for automotive-grade test requirements, as well as roles at Cypress Semiconductor as a MTS Test Engineer, contributing to NOR Flash memory testing and product development. Thitirath holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang and a Certificate in Embedded System Engineering from the University of California, Irvine.
