Sailesh Kumar is a highly experienced professional in the field of VLSI design, currently serving as Principal Engineer-1 at Micron Technology since April 2021. Prior to this role, Sailesh held the position of Staff in Memory Layout Design at Synopsys Ind Pvt Ltd from February 2020 to April 2021 and worked as SMTS at INVECAS from January 2015 to February 2020. Earlier in the career, Sailesh was a Design Engineer at Qualcomm India Pvt Ltd from June 2011 to January 2015 and began the professional journey as an Engineer at D'GIPRO Design Automation and Marketing Private Limited from August 2007 to June 2011. Sailesh holds a Master's degree in VLSI from MS Ramaiah School of Advanced Studies, completed in 2008, and has extensive expertise in the development of SRAM memory compilers across various technologies.
