Ron Martin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Talent Acquisition at Micron Technology since September 2011, Ron has held various management positions including RDA Operations Manager and Strategic Talent & Retention Manager. Prior roles include R&D Engineer at Calhoun Vision, Inc., where Ron focused on intraocular lens technology development, as well as Research Operations Engineer at the University of Pennsylvania, overseeing cleanroom fabrication laboratories. Additional experience includes roles at Texas Instruments, Drexel University, Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, and IBM, applying expertise in semiconductor fabrication, process engineering, and research. Ron holds a BS in Materials Science & Engineering from Drexel University and a BS in Physics from Morehouse College.
