Gunnar Sutphen is a Dry Etch Equipment Engineer at Micron Technology since July 2024, previously serving as a Process Engineer at TTM Technologies from November 2019 to June 2024, where contributions focused on continuous improvement, yield enhancement, and quality assurance for military and customer specifications. Prior experience includes roles as a Circulation Desk Secretary and Peer Educator at Clarkson University from January 2015 to May 2019, facilitating library services and leading discussions on educational resources and diversity. Gunnar also interned as a Design Engineering Intern at UTC Aerospace Systems in 2018, where improvement of a Quality Test Report and development of a support bracket for the Blackhawk drive shaft system were key projects. Additionally, a Design Engineering Co-Op at UTC Aerospace Systems from January to August 2017 involved resolving engineering discrepancies and authoring technical reports. Gunnar holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical & Aeronautical Engineering from Clarkson University, earned in 2019.
