Avadhesh Kumar is an experienced quality management professional with a strong background in the mobile phone industry. Currently serving as Deputy Manager-Quality at Lava International Limited since January 2023, Avadhesh previously held the position of Assistant Quality Manager at OPPO for nearly seven years, where responsibilities included overseeing PCBA quality and managing quality for the OPPO Reno project. Earlier roles include Senior Quality Engineer at OPPO and Micromax Informatics Ltd, as well as a Process Executive at Simmtronics Semiconductors Limited FZE. Avadhesh holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Invertis University and a Polytechnic Diploma in Computer Science from IASE Deemed University.
