Marly Richter Roche is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fields of formulation and analytical development, particularly within the biomedical sector. Currently serving as Manager of Formulation and Analytical Development at Micron Biomedical, Inc. since August 2017, Marly previously held the position of Sr. Research Scientist at the same organization. Prior to that, Marly functioned as Lab Supervisor at Pain Management Specialists of Atlanta and completed a post-doctoral fellowship at Emory University. Early career roles include volunteering at the Goodwill Career and Employment Center and coordinating the College Program for the Health Careers Opportunities Program. Marly holds a PhD in Genetics from The University of Georgia and a BS in Biology/Microbiology from Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico.
