Trent Ovens has over 10 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Trent started their career as an HR Graduate/HR Consultant at the Department of the Chief Minister, NT Government in 2011. Trent then worked as an HR Generalist at Micromine from 2011 to 2014, and later became the Head of People and Culture at the same company. In 2014, they joined Stride Group as a Talent Manager and worked there for five years until 2019. In 2019, they joined TLA Worldwide as a Talent Manager but left in 2020.
Trent Ovens attended Rossmoyne Senior High School from 1998 to 2003, where they did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. Later, from 2006 to 2010, they studied at Murdoch University, earning a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Human Resources Management. Trent does not appear to have any additional certifications or qualifications at this time.
