Jitendra Jha has extensive experience in service operations across multiple prominent companies in the electronics and technology sectors. Currently serving as Deputy General Manager at Onsitego since May 2023, Jitendra previously held the position of Zonal Service Head at Micromax Informatics Ltd, managing service operations for various product lines with a monthly call volume of 46,000. At LG Electronics India Pvt Ltd, Jitendra acted as Area Service Manager, overseeing 21 service centers and two collection points, while ensuring customer satisfaction and service reporting targets were met. Earlier roles included Team Leader for L3 level repairs at HCL Infosystems Ltd and Service Engineer at Hewlett-Packard. Jitendra holds a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication and has also earned a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
