Erik Donelson has held a variety of positions in the retail and customer service industries. From 2007 to 2019, they worked for Target, starting as a Team Member and eventually becoming a Sr. General Merchandise Team Lead and a Salesfloor Team Lead. In 2019, they moved on to Bartell Drugs, where they served as an Assistant Store Manager. Most recently, they have been employed by MicroK12 Computer Systems, Inc. as an Inside Sales Support, where they are responsible for building relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and concerns, and ensuring that customer requests are implemented on time.
