Paul Schaettle has a diverse work experience in the field of public health and research. Paul is currently working at MicroHealth as an Alternate Project Manager/Senior Research Analyst, where they manage a team of research analysts and coordinates meetings. Prior to this, they worked at Knowesis Inc. as a Program Analyst and Research Analyst. Paul also has experience as a Monitoring and Evaluation Fellow at PHI/CDC Global Health Fellowship Program and as a Data Analytics Intern at UNICEF. Furthermore, Paul has worked as a Research Assistant at Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine and the Tulane University Department of Tropical Medicine. Paul has also held internships at Fundación Paraguaya, New Orleans Office of Health Policy and AIDS Funding, and Pan American Health Organization. In their roles, Paul has gained experience in data analysis, program evaluation, and development.

Paul Schaettle earned their Bachelor's degree in International Studies Cum Laude with minors in Spanish and Latin American Studies from the University of Oklahoma, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in International Public Health/International Health at the Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine from 2015 to 2017.
