Michelle N. Thomas-Hines, MSIT, CASP has a diverse work experience in the field of IT.

From November 2014 to February 2020, they worked at MicroHealth, starting as a PEO DHMS Testing Infrastructure Managed Services Healthcare IT Service Desk Lead. Following that, they served as an EHRM Testing Interface Architect from October 2018 to February 2020. Their most recent role at MicroHealth was as the EHRM Testing and Quality Assurance Telehealth Test Lead, starting in February 2020.

From July 2009 to October 2014, Michelle worked as an IT System Administrator at Akimeka, LLC. Prior to that, from November 2008 to July 2009, they held the position of an IT System Administrator at Northrop Grumman.

Michelle N. Thomas-Hines earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Michelle N. then pursued higher education at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Information Technology from 2016 to 2018. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications, including CASP+ from CompTIA in September 2018, CompTIA Security+ from CompTIA in January 2019, and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in February 2021.
