Sergio Andres Cristiano Fajardo is a seasoned professional in the field of biochemical engineering, currently serving as a Senior Associate Scientist at MicroHarvest since July 2021, focusing on innovative protein production technologies. Prior to this role, Fajardo held the position of Associate Scientist at the same company and worked as a Research and Development Engineer at Agro&Biotecnia S de RL de CV, where responsibilities included process development and scale-up for Bacillus spp. spore production. Fajardo's career began as a Quality Assurance Manager at Quala S.A., overseeing product quality throughout storage and distribution.
