Premnath Maurya began their work experience in 2011 as a Product Manager at Genesis Infoserve Pvt Ltd. Premnath later joined LDS Infotech Private Limited as a Business Development Manager in 2012. In 2014, Maurya moved to Virtualize Solutions and served as a Business Development Manager. Since 2015, they have been associated with MicroGenesis CADSoft Pvt. Ltd., initially as a Regional Sales Manager and currently as the Business Manager-West.

Premnath Maurya's education history begins with their attendance at Guru Nanak High School, where they completed their SSC degree between 1991 and 2000. Premnath then pursued a Bachelor's of Science degree in Maths from an unspecified institution in Mumbai from 2002 to 2006. Following this, Maurya obtained a PGDRM degree in Retail Management from Lala Lajpatrai College of Commerce and Economics in Mumbai between 2006 and 2007. Lastly, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing from Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education from 2011 to 2013.
