Maurizio Guerra has a diverse work experience. Maurizio started their career in 2003 with Philip Morris International as a Trade Marketing Business Promoter. Maurizio then worked for Gallaher group as a Trade Marketing Business Promoter from 2004 to 2007. From 2009 to 2011, they served as a Team Poker Pro for Sisal S.p.A. In 2012, Guerra joined Best in Game Spa as a Manager of Business Development. Following that, in 2014, they became the On Line Casino Manager for Casino di Campione d'Italia, where they developed and managed various online casino projects. Most recently, Guerra worked at Microgame as the Head of Product and Marketing Manager and as a Network Manager.

Maurizio Guerra pursued their education at the Università degli Studi di Bari from 1996 to 2002, where they obtained a degree in economics and commerce. Additionally, from 1999 to 2001, they attended Ikos Ageform, completing a Master Program in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. During this program, Maurizio achieved the practitioner and Master levels.
