Navin Pandey is a seasoned validation engineer with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently holding a position as a Senior Validation Engineer at Microchip Technology Inc. since September 2021. Previously, Navin served as a Senior Test Engineer at Dell from December 2018 to September 2021 and as Module Lead at Mindteck, where responsibilities included qualifying storage controllers and conducting comprehensive testing. Additionally, Navin led a team at Wipro Infotech, focusing on server and storage manufacturing, driver and firmware testing, and IT service delivery. Navin holds a Bachelor's degree in computer application from ISBM University and a diploma in computer science from Uttrakhand Technical University.
