Jason J. Hamel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic global account management and business development. Currently serving as the Senior Strategic Global Accounts Manager at Microchip Technology since October 2012, Jason oversees key accounts including Samsung, Harman, Hyundai Motor Company, RTX, and Carrier. Previously, Jason held the position of Business Development Manager for HP at Avnet Technology Solutions, focusing on OEM/ISV opportunities across various industries, and contributed to revenue growth for Sun Microsystems' Hardware Business Unit while at Insight. Jason began a career at International Rectifier as Director of Business Development/Sales, managing the new business development cycle and achieving notable success in inside sales for four consecutive years. Education includes attendance at Ulster County Community College and Spackenkill High School.
