As Chief Operating Officer of Microblink, Hartley is responsible for the alignment of key operational aspects of the business to ensure that the company accomplishes strategic growth objectives in a consistent and effective manner.

Hartley is passionate about helping people grow, team-building, and helping to make strategic visions a reality. Prior to joining Microblink, Hartley was President of B-Line Medical, a company that makes software to help healthcare professionals and educators improve the delivery of healthcare, that was acquired in 2019.

Outside of work, Hartley enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, philanthropy, and water activities.
