Edmond Lee has had work experience in various roles within the pharmaceutical industry. Edmond began their career in 2005 at Cardiome Pharma Corp, where they worked as an Associate in Business Development until 2009. Edmond then became an Associate Manager in Commercial Affairs until 2010. In 2011, they were promoted to Senior Manager in Commercial Affairs at the same company, where they stayed until 2017. In 2017, they joined Microbion Corporation as the Director of Business Operations.

Edmond Lee attended Simon Fraser University from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained an MBA degree in the field of Management of Biotechnology. Prior to that, they studied at the University of British Columbia from 1995 to 1999, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science.
