Karin served as the Director of New Market Development at Microbiologics, Inc., founded Caring for Nancy, and co-owned Bluestone Grill. Their previous roles include Senior Marketing Manager/Director at Microbiologics, Product Marketing Manager Digital at Merrill Corporation, and Marketing and Product Management at Otto Bock Health Care. Throughout their career, Karin has demonstrated the ability to build strong customer relationships, develop marketing strategies, and drive business growth.

Karin Pauly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science and Business Management from St. Cloud State University.
