Paul Lemay, President / Chief Operating Officer, has been with Microbest since 2012. He began his career as a machinist/toolmaker before moving into the engineering and programming areas. One of his favorite quotes comes from Hall of Fame baseball player Babe Ruth: “Never let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game.” He brought that same mentality to Microbest, where he has headed several departments including engineering, manufacturing, and quality.
