Pawel Zawada has work experience in the field of radio frequency design engineering. Pawel started their career as an intern at the Tele and Radio Research Institute in 2012. In 2014, they joined PIT-RADWAR S.A. as an RF Design Engineer, where they worked until April 2021. Currently, they are working as a Radio Frequency Design Engineer at Microamp Solutions, starting from November 2020.

During the years 2009 to 2013, Pawel Zawada attended Warsaw University of Technology and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering. In 2013 and 2014, they also studied at KU Leuven's Departament of Electrical Engineering. From 2013 to 2015, they pursued a Master's Degree at Warsaw University of Technology with a specialization in the Microwave Circuits and Instrumentation Division. Pawel Zawada also obtained additional certifications including a PRINCE2® Foundation certificate in Project Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in August 2016 and a Certified LabVIEW Associate Developer certification from National Instruments in February 2015.
