Rusty Lewis is an experienced electrical engineer with a robust career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as an Electrical Engineering Technical Fellow at Microaire Surgical Instruments since November 2000, Rusty has also held positions as Engineering Director, Electrical Engineering Manager, and Electrical Engineer within the same organization. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Engineer in Systems Engineering for Ship Roll Stabilization at Sperry Marine from September 1998 to October 2000 and as an Electronics Design Engineer at Kollmorgen Inland Motor from September 1988 to August 1998. Rusty holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Power Electronics, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, both from Virginia Tech, completed between 1981 and 1990.
