Lawanda Martin has extensive experience in customer service within the medical industry, currently serving as an International Customer Service Representative at Microaire Surgical Instruments Medical since September 2014. Key responsibilities include entering customer purchase orders in Epicor, creating and managing customer accounts, handling repair tickets and customer complaints, conducting accounting research, and generating quotes. Prior to this role, Lawanda worked in Domestic Customer Service at Microaire Surgical Instruments from 2008 to 2014, where interaction with over 100 customers daily involved processing purchase orders and repair service requests.
