Travis Richards currently serves as the Director of Service Delivery at MicroAge, overseeing the services delivery division, including the MSP, client Help Desk, and Consulting Services teams since July 2022. Prior to joining MicroAge, Travis held multiple positions at cStor from May 2013 to October 2023, culminating as the Director of Consulting Services, focusing on designing and implementing technical solutions for various industries. Previously, from August 2009 to May 2013, Travis worked as a Professional Services Engineer at NetApp, also assisting customers with technical solution design and support. Early in the career, Travis worked as a Deployment Manager at CDI, managing large-scale migration projects, and spent 15 years at OSI, concluding as Director of LAN Services, providing business process outsourcing services. Travis holds a degree from Arizona State University.
