Rich Czarnecki has extensive experience in the printing ink industry. Rich started their career in 1983 at Converters Ink Company, where they served as the Technical Services Manager for 14 years. In 1997, they joined Sun Chemical as the Director of Polymer Science & Engineering, where they oversaw various functions related to polymer synthesis, pilot plant operations, and dispersion engineering. After a decade at Sun Chemical, Rich moved to Superior Printing Ink in 2007, where they initially served as the Vice President of Technology and later became the Chief Technical Officer. In 2011, they joined Micro Powders, Inc., serving as the Technical Director for seven years before being promoted to Director of Business & Technology Development. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President at Micro Powders, Inc.
Rich Czarnecki completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from Rutgers University, from the years 1978 to 1982. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Engineering Science from New Jersey Institute of Technology, which they obtained between 1985 and 1988.
