Leonid Aleinikov is an experienced Process Engineer at Micro Point Pro since October 2017, focusing on the development and operation of bonding tools production processes and programming CNC milling and EDM sinking machines. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Kulike & Soffa, specializing in semiconductor assembly equipment, and as a Senior Engineer and CNC and EDM Process Technologist at Technical School "Status," where Leonid taught CNC operation and programming courses. Additional experience includes a role as CNC Programmer and Foreman at Metal Works Factory Ltd. from March 1991 to September 2008. Leonid holds a Master’s degree in Machinery and Industrial Equipment from Moscow State Open University, awarded from 1985 to 1990.
