Hsien Ming Easlon has over a decade of experience in research and development within the field of plant physiology and tissue culture. Currently, Hsien Ming Easlon serves as the Manager of Research and Development at Micro Paradox, where responsibilities include overseeing the production of micropropagated plant material and offering custom tissue culture services. Additionally, Hsien Ming Easlon holds the position of Vice President and Chief Science Officer at Rapid Clones, which specializes in providing tissue culture cannabis clones to cultivators in California. Previous roles include a Post-Doctoral Scholar at UC Davis, focusing on plant growth and stress responses, and teaching positions in hydroponics and plant physiology at UC Davis and Sonoma State University. Hsien Ming Easlon earned a Ph.D. in Plant Physiology and a Bachelor of Science in Plant Biology from the University of California, Davis.
