Thomas Glas is an experienced professional in the fields of engineering, sales, and general management. Currently serving as a Partner at TKD² and the Founder/President of Thomas Glas & Associates LLC since 2021 and 2019, respectively, Thomas provides tailored services in market entry, business development, and logistics. Additionally, Thomas holds various engineering and sales roles at multiple companies, including WITOL and Grainger & Worrall. Previous experience includes serving as President/Managing Director of Bleistahl Ltd./Bleistahl North America LP, where Thomas successfully launched the first North American manufacturing site, achieving significant production milestones with key customers like Ford. Thomas Glas holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University.
