Sheza Parvez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Sheza began their career in 2015 as a Human Resources Assistant at Keep Dialling, where they worked until 2016. In 2017, they joined MIC Global as a Customer Care Supervisor and held that position until 2018. Sheza then transitioned to the role of Telesales Team Lead for a brief period of time before becoming an Operations Team Lead from 2019 to 2020. Following that, they worked as an Operations Coordinator from 2021 to 2021, and then as an AM (Account Management) from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they serve as the Manager of Account Management at MIC Global, a position they assumed in April 2022.
Sheza Parvez pursued their education in Accounting and Finance at the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan (ICMA Pakistan) from 2015 to 2020. Sheza obtained a degree in CMA.
