Judy Obeng has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and sourcing. Judy started their career in 2010 as an Associate Resourcing Consultant at Antal International, where they worked for over a year. Judy then joined Adexen in 2011 as a Sourcing Specialist for several months before moving to JLP Engineering Solutions in 2012. At JLP, they initially worked as a Sourcing Specialist for two years before being promoted to Lead Consultant & HR Administrator, a role they held for three years. Most recently, they joined MIC Global in 2018 as an HR Administrator.

Judy Obeng pursued their education at different institutions. Judy completed their Master's Degree in Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resource Management at the University of Ghana Business School from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained their undergraduate education at the University of Ghana, where they studied Social Sciences from 2006 to 2010. Furthermore, it is known that Judy attended Aburi Girls' Senior High School, although no specific dates or degree information are available for this educational experience.
