Martijn van Donselaar has extensive experience in marine engineering, currently serving as Chief Engineer at Miclyn Express Offshore since May 2015 and holding the same title at Jack-Up Barge BV since 2013. In this role, Martijn coordinates maintenance and mobilization/demobilization works, implements Planned Maintenance Systems (PMS) and Continuous Safety Management (CSM) systems, and prepares new builds for operations. Prior experience includes a position as Ships' Engineer at Tideway Offshore Contractors from October 2009 to March 2013, where responsibilities included leading engineering watches, overseeing maintenance coordination, and managing dry dockings and major repairs. Martijn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Engineering from Maritiem Instituut de Ruiter, completed between 1989 and 1995.
