Though she comes from a diverse background—a degree in biology and experience working as a data analyst and concert lighting technician—one consistent thread weaves through Erin’s whole background: her love of planning and organizing anything and everything.
Erin is also a serious multitasker. While majoring in biology and minoring in information systems at Calvin College, she served as the head lighting technician on campus. In her role, she oversaw student teams tasked with creating, developing, and running lighting during concerts and performances.
After post-college stints as an IT intern and data manger with the Christian Reformed Church North America and the EMMES Corporation, respectively, Erin returned to Calvin College, where she served for six years in roles ranging from program coordinator of data support to systems analyst.
Today, Erin uses her considerable organizational skills and passion for technology to support her MichiganLabs teammates. Beyond the solutions the company creates for clients, Erin enjoys the welcoming culture and how her coworkers come together to solve pressing challenges.
