Brady Kraft has a diverse range of work experience. Brady started their career as a Mathematics Tutor in 2021, providing academic support to students. In 2022, they worked as a Strategic Support Associate at Jackson, where they contributed to strategic initiatives. Brady then moved on to Exit Quotient Ventures, where they took on the role of Investment Analyst, evaluating investment opportunities. In the same year, Brady became an Investment Analyst and later the Director of Education at the Michigan State University Student Investment Association. Brady gained experience in financial modeling as a Financial Modeling Instructor at Adventis in 2023. Brady also held roles at Tenneco as a Finance Intern and at the Michigan State University Green and White Fund as an Analyst and an Associate.

Brady Kraft completed their education in the following institutions:

- From 2018 to 2022, they attended Plymouth High School where they obtained a high school diploma.

- Starting in 2022, they enrolled at Michigan State University and completed their Bachelor's degree in Finance. Their studies continued in the Michigan State University Honors College, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from 2023 to 2026.

Brady also obtained two certifications from Adventis: the FMC® Level II Certification and the Financial Modeling Certification (FMC®) Level I Certification, both acquired in 2023.
