Kathleen Loughrige is an experienced consultant and coach with a diverse background spanning several roles and organizations. Since March 2009, Kathleen has been a Private Contractor, Consultant, and Coach for the State of Michigan. Kathleen also owns Purpose Filled Coaching, which has been operational since 2005. Additionally, Kathleen has served as Director of Small Groups and Internal Coach on the Senior Management Team at Crossroads since 1999. Educational credentials include being a PCC Credentialed Coach with the ICF, with training from Coach University, and certification as an Enneagram Coach from the Wagner Institute, complemented by training from the Fast Track Coach Training Institute and Lifewise Enneagram Training Institute.
