Jessica O'Connell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and solutions engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Summit2Sea Consulting, a cBEYONData Company, since October 2018, Jessica has played key roles such as Deputy Project Manager for the HUnT ML project at the Department of Defense and is the Project Manager and Lead Developer for the IRS DATA Act Contract. In addition, Jessica has led the functional consulting efforts for an Oracle Procurement Cloud Implementation at a National Lab. Previous roles include Senior Solution Engineer at Oracle and Enterprise Solution Consultant at Volusion, among others. Jessica's career began in sales and operations with positions at Hubwoo and Our Community Giving, and Jessica holds a degree in International Politics from Penn State University. Jessica is also a certified RPA Developer.
