Brooke Fisher is an experienced customer service representative currently employed at Michigan Humane since May 2022, where responsibilities include ensuring a clean environment for animals, processing adoptions through the Pet Point system, and effectively communicating with adopters regarding animal conditions. Previously, Brooke participated in the Student Jobs Program at Michigan Humane, administering medications to shelter animals and providing mobile animal care services. Additionally, Brooke serves as a customer service team member at the Breslin Student Events Center, addressing seating and ticket issues for event patrons.
