Carole Sorenson serves as the New Markets Administrator at the Michigan Economic Development Corporation, a position held since December 2008. Prior to this role, Carole worked as the Research Director at both the Michigan Department of Labor & Economic Growth from 2004 to 2008 and the Michigan Economic Development Corporation from 2001 to 2004. Additionally, Carole was the Market Analysis Manager at the Michigan Modernization Service from 1986 to 1991. Carole holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in public administration from Michigan State University.
