Debbie Stair possesses extensive experience in educational leadership and board development, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Leadership Development and Board Development Manager at the Michigan Association of School Boards since June 2013. Prior to this role, Debbie held positions such as Associate Director at the Michigan Elementary and Middle School Principals Association and was actively involved with the National PTA and Michigan PTSA as a Resource Development Committee Member and Past President, respectively. With a strong foundation in governance, Debbie served as a Board of Education Trustee for Huron Valley Schools and Oakland Schools, in addition to their role on the Board of Directors for the Michigan Association of School Boards and the Women Officials Network. Debbie's educational background includes a Master's degree in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from Capella University and various fellowships at Michigan State University and Lawrence Technological University, culminating in a BSBA in Accounting and Finance.
