Carl Hammond, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering, management, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Co-Owner of AmeriCARE Midlands Home Care since September 2020, Carl leads efforts to provide compassionate in-home care for seniors. At Michelin, where Carl has worked since May 2008, notable roles include Site Engineering Manager and Capital Projects Manager, overseeing $20 million in annual capital investments to enhance manufacturing processes. Previous positions at Michelin include Department Manager for OCL and OCT, focusing on production efficiency, safety, and cost management, as well as Business Unit Leader, driving continuous improvement. Earlier experience includes serving as Land Acquisition Manager at KB Home and as a Captain in the U.S. Army, where Carl managed a 40-person team within a 900-person transportation battalion. Carl holds a PMBA from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Virginia Military Institute.
