Prior roles include Category Director for Business Development & Growth at Darice, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed senior-level strategic planning for merchandise procurement across several categories. Additionally, Tim held positions such as Sourcing Manager at Associated Materials, Merchandise Manager at Jo-Ann Stores, and Store Manager at Bed Bath & Beyond, demonstrating a strong foundation in merchandise management and strategic sourcing. Tim began a career in retail management with roles at Hills Department Stores and F.W. Woolworth Company. Tim holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing with a minor in Communication from Baldwin Wallace University.
