Pankaja R is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Director of Engineering for Store Systems at Michaels Stores since November 2023. Prior to this role, Pankaja spent over 22 years at SkillNet Solutions, Inc., advancing from Software Engineer to Principal Architect, and then holding the positions of Director and Senior Director of Solution Engineering. Pankaja earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University, completing the degree in May 1997.
