Amanda Novotny is a seasoned professional in supply chain management with extensive experience at Michaels Stores since November 2011, currently serving as Sr Supply Chain Analyst. Amanda's roles have included responsibilities such as optimizing inventory flow, analyzing item configurations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on replenishment and special projects. Prior to Michaels, Amanda worked at Zale Jewelers in various positions, including Allocator and Assistant Merchant, where responsibilities included forecasting and inventory optimization. Amanda also gained experience in the culinary field, having worked as a Candy Maker/Chocolatier at Andre's Confiserie Suisse and as a Cook II during the Disney Parks College Program.
