Ayush Gupta is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Michaels Energy since December 2023. Ayush is also the Founder of Healthful Diaries, a podcast aimed at highlighting the challenges faced by medical professionals. Previously, Ayush worked as an Engineering Controls Specialist at Energy Management Services, UIUC, focusing on energy efficiency solutions for building systems. Ayush chaired the Diversity and Inclusion Committee at Facilities and Services, UIUC, where responsibilities included budget establishment and team development. Additional experience includes roles at Archer Daniels Midland Company and Sustainable Marketplaces Laboratory, among others. Ayush holds a Master's degree in Energy Systems from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
